Nicole’s love for story drew her to the theater, graduating from UCSD as a playwrite. She went on to study at UCLA Film School, in the MFA Screenwriting Program, simultaneously , completing the Producers Program. She earned a Graduate Certificate from the Sorbonne in Paris, in Writing for Cinema and TV. Nicole betan her career voicing characters on Futurama, Rugrats and other animated shows. Realizing her passion was to help other creatives navigate the business side of Hollywood, she became an agent at Media Artists Group, eventually leaving to found Elev8 Agency.

After graduating University of Arizona with a B.A. in Business, Susie launched her career at ICM working for top tier talent. She went on to work with Chuck Binder Management before opening her own Management Firm, negotiating record deals and cultivating the career of Film & TV actors. Susie continued her management career while Producing Feature Films.
